Simply put this is about 250 grams of marscapone cheese, which is the size of the standard tub of it and one jar of marshmallow fluff. Scoop both into a larger bowl and combine with a spoon or spatula until they are completely mixed together and you can no longer tell the two apart. Then put it in whatever serving dish you like and dip whatever fruit you want into it! Our favorites are strawberries, pears and apples! It literally makes some tart or hardly ripe fruits just a bit sweeter and this dip is seriously addictive! It was a big hit at the party with kids and adults alike and hard to keep the helpers from eating it all before the party even starts!!
You can even dye the dip to match whatever colors you are using to deck out your party! Or color coordinate for a holiday like Christmas or Fourth of July, etc… this dip has so many possibilities and makes for a nice source of dairy for kids and gets them to eat more fruit, which is always good!
Here are some pictures of the decorations we put out for her party and also the jar of Cheesy Bunny Crackers made with Leerdamer Caricature cheese! These were a bit peppery tasting since we cooked them a bit longer, making them a bit harder than usual and they were a big hit too!
